9. Booking Terms

Your place is confirmed once payment is received. Tickets are issued in the name given at booking but may be transferred to another person at any time. Let us know the name before the session.

10. Refunds and Rescheduling

Full refund available up to 7 days before the session. Within 7 days, your booking can be moved to another date up to 24 hours before, subject to availability. Bookings can be moved once. No refunds or transfers within 24 hours, and no refund for non attendance.

If a session is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

11. Age Restriction

Sessions are for adults only and involve a live nude model. By booking you confirm you are over 18.

12. Participant Risk and Belongings

Participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own belongings. Clay stains. Wear clothing you don't mind marking.

13. Sculptures

Sculptures are unfired raw clay and fragile. We wrap each piece, but they are carried home at your own risk.

14. Photography

Photographs may be taken during sessions for promotional use. The model is never photographed. Tell us on arrival if you prefer not to appear and we will keep you out of frame.

15. Pricing

Prices include VAT where applicable.
